It has become fashionable for gyms to refer to their clients collectively as athletes. We are not saying this is good or bad, but it isn?t what we are talking about here. Everything on Wednesday at 5pm workout will be geared to the athlete?explosivestrength, mobility, mechanics and conditioning will be about building a better athlete. We will obviously make needed modifications to the workouts, but everything will stay geared to the athlete. If you are a kid getting ready for fall sports, have a kid getting ready for fall sports, or just wanting to try something new?Wednesday?s Athlete?s workout is for you!
