Step Away From The Scale!- Health, Exercise, Fitness, Workout ...

The bathroom scale is the bane of my existence! I spent several years doing endurance work and was on the scale every day. I see, and hear, friends, clients and strangers, living and dieing by the numbers on the scale and it is all total bullshit! We have started bring the BodPod?in and getting a more meaningful reading on body composition. If your scale says 115lbs and you are 20% bodyfat, you are too fat. If you go ?on a diet? and drop to 100lbs, you will likely still be over 19% bodyfat, which is still too fat. Stop weighing youreself, start lifting weights and doing hard conditioning. Now stop eating sugary, starchy food and start eating a bunch of protein. Find an honest friend and ask them ?do I look fat??the scale can?t tell you if you are fat?and your spouse won?t either unless you are married to am idiot!
